Having known James for many years, I’ve always admired his dedication to the Gym and the need to help others become the best versions of themselves. I have been training with James now for nearly 20hrs and have seen a vast improvement in my leg strength (we are focusing mainly on leg days) and also the overall shape in my legs! I would say to anyone debating training with this guy, to just go for it, the only struggle of the session is the attempt to walk out after the hour! Ha ha!!
